The interface is stripped back to the essentials, providing a bright, sharp readout that’s easy to catch out of the corner of your eye. It integrates seamlessly with our Fish series kettles, feeling less like an add-on and more like a natural extension of the hardware you already use.

A quick short-press of the power button lets you switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit instantly. We wanted to make sure that no matter what recipe you’re following, the hardware adapts to your preference, rather than making you do the conversion math on the fly.

The thermometer is smart enough to handle its own power, entering a standby mode after three minutes of sitting idle. It fully shuts down after five minutes to preserve the cell, so it’s always ready to go the next time you pick up your kettle for a brew.
