At Timemore AU, customer satisfaction is important. If you are not completely satisfied with your

purchase, you may request a return, refund, exchange, repair, or replacement according to the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to orders placed on Timemore AU.

 

Order Cancellation

 Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been shipped.

 Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, customers may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.

 

Return Window

 Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

Return Eligibility

 For customer-initiated returns, including ordering the wrong item, purchasing the item by mistake, no longer wanting the product, or other non-product issue reasons, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition;

• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components;

• Show no signs of wear, damage, misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modification;

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Reasons

 Timemore AU accepts returns for eligible products, including customer-initiated returns and product issue returns.

Customer-initiated returns include returns requested because the customer ordered the wrong item,

purchased the item by mistake, no longer wants the product, or other similar non-product issue reasons.

 Product issue returns include defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped items.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 The following items are not eligible for customer-initiated returns:

 • Clearance items;

 Warehouse sale items;

• Closeout or discontinued products;

• Products marked as Final Sale;

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

This does not limit any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law for defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped products.

 

Product Appearance Disclaimer

 Timemore AU makes every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible.

However, due to differences in lighting, photography, monitor settings, and device displays, actual

product colors may vary slightly from those shown on the website. Minor color or appearance variations are not considered product defects.

 

Return Process

 To initiate a return, please contact Timemore AU customer support before sending any item back.

  Your order number;

• The item you wish to return;

• The reason for the return;

• Photos or videos of the product and packaging if the item is defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Once the return request has been reviewed and approved, Timemore AU will provide return instructions.

 Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Return Method

 All approved returns must be returned by mail.

 

Return Shipping Cost

 For customer-initiated returns, including ordering the wrong item, purchasing the item by mistake, no

longer wanting the product, or other non-product issue reasons, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the actual return shipping cost directly to their chosen carrier.

The actual return shipping cost may vary depending on the carrier, parcel weight, parcel size, and return location. This cost is paid by the customer directly to the carrier and is not charged by Timemore AU.

For defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped items, Timemore AU will cover the applicable

return shipping cost after the issue has been verified. This may be handled through return instructions provided by Timemore AU or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs after verification.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, faulty, incorrectly shipped item, or an error by Timemore AU.

 

Return Label

 For customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment unless otherwise instructed by Timemore AU.

For defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped items, Timemore AU will provide return instructions after the issue has been verified.

 

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

 

Trackable Return Shipping

 For customer-arranged returns, Timemore AU recommends using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Timemore AU is not responsible for customer-arranged returns that are lost in transit or cannot be confirmed as delivered.

 

Refunds

 Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Timemore AU will notify the customer by email regarding the status of the refund.

If approved:

 • The refund will be issued to the original payment method;

• The refund will generally be processed within 10 business days after approval;

• Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

If the approved refund has not appeared within 15 business days after approval, please contact Timemore AU customer support at hello@timemore.com.

Exchanges, Replacements, Repairs, and Refunds

Timemore AU may offer an exchange, replacement, repair, or refund for eligible items, depending on stock availability, the reason for the return, and applicable legal requirements.

For defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped items, Timemore AU will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair,

replacement, or refund.


Damaged, Defective, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Customers should contact Timemore AU within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect.

Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the product issue and packaging condition.

Timemore AU may need to inspect the item before approving a repair, replacement, refund, return shipping reimbursement, or other remedy.
